Founder & CEO: Andrés Kaune Schmidt / Andrés is a Costa Rican architect with German heritage. He has worked at award-winning architecture firms, where he led the design and creative direction of distinctive projects in both Costa Rica and Germany. His passion for design began in childhood, sparked by a love for Legos, drawing, painting, and art—early tools that nurtured his creativity and honed his skills. Coming from a family of engineers and builders, Andrés was immersed in the world of construction from a young age, gaining hands-on experience and insights that would later prove invaluable in his professional journey. His broad interests—including history, science, nature, and sports contribute to a well-rounded perspective and a visionary approach to architecture. With international experience shaping his worldview, Andrés brings a global lens to his work in Costa Rica—a tropical and developing country where he sees untapped potential and exciting opportunities for architectural innovation and business development.

CCO: Georgina González Madrigal / Specialist in Marketing and Communication, Georgina has a summa cum laude MBA with an emphasis in Marketing from INCAE Business School -one of the youngest women to have achieved this recognition. With more than 15 years of experience in the industry, she focuses on brand strategy – local and internationally – and has achieved the transformation of numerous companies and projects. Recognized as a successful entrepreneur in her field -established her own consulting firm and sits on numerous Board of Directors- Georgina is an avid promoter of women’s empowerment. Her knowledge and passion for creativity, design, fashion, art, photography, health and sustainability have led her to lead numerous initiatives for the current and future development.
