Casitas Nosara is a complex of 3 studios designed to integrate with the nature surrounding, proposing a sober, minimalist and avant-garde design. The proposal adapts to the users' needs who live a modern beach life, where optimization and quality of space are key. We also encourage the creation of a community environment between the three modules, designing a central garden with a common pool and directing the studios towards it. The position of the trees was previously measured to contemplate their shadows, views and opportunities. We analyzed the correct place to develop the houses and give the greatest value to the work to be carried out. Our goal was to create a mini oasis where a different experience could be lived in each designed space.
