From the beginning we knew the house needed a special feature, something that would make it stand out from other rentals. Facing the ocean and sunset view is beautiful, but the constant exposure to solar radiation can be annoying and expensive due to AC costs. Therefore, we proposed a structure of folding louvers that open individually according to the needs of the user and the position of the sun. Its geometric design was inspired by the client's cultural heritage and the shapes of palm trees.
