Our ST project is part of an eco-friendly beach resort. The first level is a commercial multipurpose space, which transforms and adapts to the needs that change from day to night. The second level of premium rooms offers its guests the perfect combination of social atmosphere, nightlife, convenience and the best location with direct access to the beach. The proposal of materials is summarized in metal, exposed concrete, wood, wild cane and integrated pots, with which we managed to give privacy to the second level and protect it from the sun. We also wanted to return to the typical concept of the bungalow with raised stilts, virtually separating the first from the second level, using containers, proposing a fun, modern and tropical design.
